محوطه اطراف اقامتگاه با حصار چوبی و سیم خاردار محصور است و میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه فاصله ویلا تا سوپرمارکت و نانوایی حدود 500 متر می باشد.
