محوطه اطراف حیاط اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور شده و با دیگر واحد های به صورت مشترک قابل استفاده می باشد، همچنین میزبان با ورودی و حیاط مشترک در طبقه پایین این اقامتگاه سکونت دارد.
جهت تامین مایحتاج مورد نیاز اقامت سوپرمارکت در فاصله حدود 150 متری و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 300 متری در دسترس می باشد، کیفیت پوشش شبکه برای ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه عالی و دسترسی به اینترنت نیز به صورت 4G می باشد.
