The caretaker resides 24 hours a day on the ground floor of this building but has an independent entrance gate and yard separate from the accommodation area.
Due to the fruit trees in this garden, workers may be present in the yard area during certain times of the year for harvesting, which will be coordinated in advance between the host and the guest.
