این ویلا باغ دو طبقه و چهار خوابه که دو خواب آن مستر است با فضایی چشم نواز مناسب عکاسی در نزدیکی محله اعیان نشین معالی آباد شیراز واقع شده است.
وجود روفگاردنی به همراه آلاچیق، باربیکیو و استخر سرپوشیده، استخر کودک، برکه مصنوعی و جوی آب شرایط مناسبی را برای دورهمی مهمانان فراهم کرده است.
طراحی واحد به گونه ای است که در طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، ورودی استخر و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد، همچنین طبقه بالای نیز دارای دو خواب مستر (سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی با حمام) است که ورودی اتاق ها مجزا و از فضای باز روفگاردن می باشد.
اطراف حیاط دلباز اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور است و واحد نگهبانی بصورت 24 ساعته در اتاق مجزا در گوشه باغ (ابتدای ورودی) حضور دارد، همچنین دروازه ورودی و کوچه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد و یک سگ نگهبان مهربان و وفادار در حیاط سکونت دارد.
وجود فوتبالدستی در سالن پذیرایی و در حیاط دلباز، فضای مناسبی را برای تفریح و دورهمی میهمانان فراهم آورده است.
