این ویلا دو خوابه مستر با طراحی دوبلکس و امکاناتی نظیر استخر سرپوشیده آبگرم، آبنما، آلاچیق، تاب، میز بیلیارد، فوتبال دستی و سیستم صوتی با حیاطی دنج در منطقه مهرآباد واقع شده که تا رودهن حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این ویلا دوبلکس در طبقه پایین دارای سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، استخر، سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی و در طبقه بالا دارای سالن نشیمن، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب مستر با سرویس فرنگی با حمام و تراس می باشد.
این ویلا دارای سه اتاق خواب است ولی درب یکی از اتاق ها قفل و تنها دو اتاق خواب قابل استفاده است.
محیط اطراف حیاط ویلا با دیوار بلند محصور شده و سرایدار در اتاقکی در محوطه حیاط همین اقامتگاه سکونت دارد.
اقامتگاه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته مشرف به محوطه حیاط است که در حال حاضر غیرفعال می باشد.
با حدود 5 دقیقه رانندگی، دسترسی به نانوایی و سوپرمارکت ممکن است و کیفیت خطوط شبکه برای تلفن همراه در مکالمه خوب و پوشش اینترنت در ایرانسل و همراه اول به صورت 4g می باشد.
قابل ذکر است حدود 300 متر از مسیر منتهی به ویلا جاده به صورت خاکی و مناسب برای تردد خودرو است.
یک سگ نگهبان مهربان در محوطه این اقامتگاه حضور دارد.
