این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه با چشم اندازی زیبا در روستای جنت رودبار واقع شده است که تا شهر رامسر حدود 55 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
خانه دارای یک آلاچیق چوبی در نزدیکی رودخانه و در دل جنگل می باشد که می توانید ساعتها بر روی آن بنشینید و از جنگل و صدای رودخانه لذت ببرید.
واحد با دسترسی حدود 21 پله در مجاورت یک واحد دیگر در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه چهار واحدی قرار دارد که حیاط دلباز آن بصورت مشترک با سایر ساکنین مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب (یک خواب مستر)، سرویس فرنگی با حمام، سریس ایرانی و بالکن با چشم انداز کوه و جنگل می باشد، گفتنی است تنها حمام واحد در اتاق خواب تعبیه شده است.
محوطه حیاط از یک سمت با دیوار و از سمت دیگر که به رودخانه راه دارد با برچین چوبی محصور شده است و میزبان در مجاورت واحد سکونت دارد، همچنین به جهت امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 300 متر ممکن است.
