This furnished suite is located in the Anvari neighborhood of Arak city, approximately 1.5 kilometers from the historic Arg Bathhouse.
The suite is situated on the third floor of a three-story, three-unit building, accessible via approximately 24 steps. The entrance gate and staircase are shared.
The suite is designed with a living room and a kitchen, and an Iranian-style toilet with a shower is located in the entrance staircase. Please note that the suite does not have a bedroom.
The courtyard area is enclosed by walls on all four sides, and the host resides nearby.
Additionally, for enhanced security, the entrance gate and alley are equipped with CCTV cameras.
It is important to note that the tap water in the area is not of suitable quality for drinking, so guests are advised to bring their own bottled water.
Dear guests can use the supermarket and bakery, located approximately 100 meters from the suite, for their daily needs.
