این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه با حیاطی سرسبز و ایوانی دلباز در روستای وشمه سرا با فاصله حدود 5 کیلومتری از ماسال واقع شده است.
محوطه اطراف اقامتگاه از یک طرف با دیوار و از دو طرف با فنس محصور است و همچنین میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه فاصله اقامتگاه تا سوپرمارکت حدود 150 متر و نانوایی حدود 1 کیلومتر می باشد، همچنین در مجاورت سوپرمارکت نان محلی و اقلام محلی نیز موجود میباشد.
آنتن دهی تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و پوشش اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
