این ویلا دو خوابه حیاط دار در منطقه ای آرام از روستای ییلاقی شیله وشت و در حدود 20 کیلومتری شهر تالش واقع شده است.
خانه با پیمودن حدود 20 پله قابل دسترسی می باشد و حیاط ویلا با فنس محصور است.
آب ویلا از چشمه می باشد.
با حدود 1 دقیقه پیاده‌روی از اقامتگاه سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در دسترس است.
در این منطقه کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه در ایرانسل و همراه اول برای مکالمه مطلوب و دسترسی به اینترنت نیز مطلوب است.
تالش و توابع آن دارای آب و هوای ییلاقی می باشد و با برخورداری از جاذبه های بسیار نظیر ساحل ، جنگل و پیست هیجان انگیز سورتمه همواره مقصد جذابی برای گردشگران گیلان زیبا می باشد.
