این سوئیت نقلی یکخوابه با حداکثر ظرفیت 5 نفر در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه در روستای سیدآباد با فاصله حدود 30 کیلومتری از دماوند واقع شده است.
این سوئیت 35 متری ( فاقد امکانات پخت و پز ) با یک اتاق خواب، یخچال و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی در اختیار مهمانان می باشد.
قابل ذکر است مهمانان می توانند در صورت نیاز به پخت و پز از اجاق گاز موجود در حیاط استفاده نمایند.
از مشاعات این مجموعه اقامتی می توان به حیاط با صفا با آبنما و آلاچیق که فضای مناسبی را برای دورهمی میهمانان فراهم آورده است اشاره کرد.
