این خانه مبله دو خوابه با حیاطی دنج و زیبا در روستای خواچکین با فاصله حدود 3 کیلومتری از خمام واقع شده است که تا شهر رشت حدود 10 کیلومتری فاصله دارد.
محوطه اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور شده است، میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد، همچنین دروازه ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
