این خانه مبله سه خوابه در روستای دیناچال واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا حدود 200 متر فاصله دارد.
واحد با دسترسی حدود 30 پله در طبقه سوم یک ساختمان سه طبقه پنج واحدی قرار دارد و طراحی آن به گونه ایست که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، ایوان، سه اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد.
محوطه‌ی حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و نگهبان نیز در همین محوطه سکونت دارد، همچنین دروازه ورودی و راه پله با ساکنین دیگر به صورت مشترک مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد و برای حفظ امنیت بیشتر نیز دوربین مداربسته به ورودی، کوچه و حیاط اشراف دارد.
گفتنی است آب لوله کشی ویلا کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن را ندارد لذا توصیه می شود با خود آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشید.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود دو کیلومتر ممکن است.
