این ویلا دو خوابه در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه با حیاط سرسبز در محیطی دنج و آرام منطقه ساداتشهر و با فاصله حدود 8 کیلومتری از مرکز شهر توریستی رامسر واقع شده است.
محوطه اطراف حیاط اقامتگاه از طرف دیوار محصور شده و از یکطرف فاقد حصار می باشد و میزبان در طبقه بالا اقامتگاه با ورودی و محوطه مشترک سکونت دارد.
