This one-bedroom master house with a cozy balcony, complete with a table and chairs, swing, barbecue, and a spacious courtyard, is located on the first floor of a two-story building in the green and pleasant village of Rig Cheshmeh Bala, approximately 20 km from Minoodasht city. Access is via 12 steps.
The area surrounding the accommodation is enclosed by walls on two sides, and a guard resides nearby from 8 AM to 12 AM. Additionally, for enhanced security for our esteemed guests, a CCTV camera is installed at the villa's entrance, overlooking the premises and the alley.
It should be noted that the entrance and courtyard are shared with the residents of the other unit.
For daily necessities, a supermarket and bakery are accessible approximately 100 meters from the accommodation.
The quality of mobile network lines is good for calls, and internet coverage is 4G for Irancell, but 3G for Hamrah-e-Aval.
It is worth mentioning that about 20 meters of the path leading to this villa is on a gentle slope, and the road is unpaved but suitable for all types of vehicles.
