این کلبه چوبی یکخوابه با حیاطی دنج در منطقه خوش آب و هوای چمخاله با فاصله حدود 1.5 کیلومتری از ساحل دریا و فاصله حدود 10 کیلومتری از شهر لنگرود واقع شده است.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و حمام با سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا سالن نشیمن و اتاق خواب قرار دارد.
محیط اطراف حیاط کلبه با دیوار محصور شده و به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر ورودی و محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج خود می توانند به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با فاصله حدود 200 متری از کلبه دسترسی پیدا کنند.
