This two-bedroom villa with a heated outdoor pool, courtyard, and gazebo is located in a cozy and quiet environment near the Four Seasons village in the lands of Suran, approximately 10 km from Shandiz area and about 15 km from Mashhad city.
The accommodation includes a reception hall, kitchen, two bedrooms, an Iranian toilet with a bathroom, and a Western toilet with a bathroom, all available for our esteemed guests.
The area around the accommodation's courtyard is enclosed by a wall, and a guard is stationed at the entrance of the alley leading to the accommodation.
A guard dog is kept in an enclosed area within the accommodation, and the host comes every night to feed it after prior coordination with the guest. Therefore, guests are kindly requested not to move around the premises during this time.
Horse riding enthusiasts should note that there is a horse riding track approximately 2 km from the villa.
