این خانه روستایی دو خوابه با دسترسی حدود 20 پله به همراه حیاط دلباز در طبقه بالا یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی در روستا کلنگستان واقع شده که تا شاندرمن و ماسال حدود 5 کیلومتر و تا صومعه سرا حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
سرویس بهداشتی و حمام در واحد طبقه پایین با دسترسی حدود 20 پله واقع شده است و به دلیل روستایی بودن بافت منطقه، اقامتگاه با فنس محصور است، همچنین دروازه ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک با میزبان ساکن در محوطه قابل استفاده می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری اقامتگاه استفاده نمایند.
