The host resides on the second floor of the accommodation with a shared entrance and common area, while the ground floor is unoccupied. The area around the accommodation's yard is fenced.
For essential needs during your stay, a supermarket and bakery are accessible within approximately 150 meters of the villa. Mobile network coverage for Irancell and Hamrah-e Avval operators is good for calls, and internet access is 4G for Irancell but weak for Hamrah-e Avval.
It is worth noting that approximately 200 meters of the path leading to the accommodation is cemented and accessible by all types of vehicles.
