این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه با حیاطی دلباز و درختکاری شده و دسترسی آسان به مراکز تفریحی در طبقه اول یک ساختمان دو طبقه (2 واحدی) در محیطی امن و آرام در روستای سفید تمشک و فاصله حدود 7 کیلومتری رامسر واقع شده است.
طراحی خانه به صورت پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، حمام و سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی می باشد.
محیط اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور است و میزبان در طبقه بالا سکونت دارد و دروازه ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
میهمانان گرامی می توانند با پیمودن مسافت حدود 500 متری به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی داشته و مایحتاج ضروری خود را تهیه کنند.
پوشش تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه عالی و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
