این ویلا یکخوابه مستر با پشت بام، استخر سرپوشیده آبگرم و حیاط زیبا در روستای آقچلی سفلی با فاصله حدود 5 کیلومتری گنبد کاووس واقع شده است.
خانه در واقع دو خوابه می باشد اما با تصمیم میزبان یک اتاق آن در اختیار میهمانان است.
