این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه با حیاط در طبقه اول یک ساختمان دو طبقه (دو واحدی) در نزدیکی تالاب دیدنی سوستان در شهر زیبای لاهیجان واقع شده است.
طراحی خانه به صورت پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، سرویس ایرانی و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد.
اطراف حیاط اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور است و میزبان در طبقه بالا سکونت دارد و دروازه ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
