The house is designed as a duplex. The lower floor includes a living room, kitchen, and a bathroom with both Iranian and Western-style toilets. The upper floor, accessible via spiral stairs, features two bedrooms and a terrace.
The yard is enclosed by metal fences, and the lower floor has a separate entrance for other guests.
Please note that the villa does not have a city gas pipeline. Fuel for heating and cooking is supplied by LPG cylinders.
Guests can reach a supermarket and bakery within approximately a 10-minute drive.
Mobile network coverage for both Hamrah-e Aval and Irancell operators is good for calls, with 3G internet access.
The final 5 minutes of the access road to the accommodation is unpaved, steep, and accessible by all types of vehicles.
The access road to Dalkhani Forest is fully asphalted but winding, steep, and narrow in some sections. Safe driving speed is essential for secure travel. Please note that amenities are only available at the beginning of the forest entrance road.
