این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه با حیاطی دلباز و زیبا در روستای تجرک با فاصله حدود 4 کیلومتری از رودهن واقع شده است.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و برای حفظ امنیت بیشتر، دوربین مداربسته مشرف به کوچه می باشد، همچنین سرایدار در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی ویلا از طریق چاه تامین می گردد لذا به مهمانان گرامی توصیه می شود که آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشند.
برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با فاصله حدود 2 کیلومتر در دسترس هستند.
