این ویلا دو خوابه استخردار با حیاطی فضاسازی شده در روستای شمس آباد با فاصله حدود 20 کیلومتری از دزفول در محیطی شهرکی واقع شده است.
از جمله امکانات رفاهی و تفریحی کلبه می توان سیستم صوتی و میز و صندلی باغی در حیاط را نام برد.
