This two-bedroom villa with a spacious terrace featuring chairs and a fireplace, along with a stunning view of the tree-covered mountains, is located on the second floor (accessible via 12 steps) of a two-story building in the heart of the forests of the tourist village of Aftakhteh, in the highland areas, approximately 35 kilometers from Aliabad Katul.
The unit is designed with a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with both Western and Persian toilets, with an additional Persian toilet in the yard.
The yard of the residence is enclosed by walls on two sides and fences on the other two sides. The lower floor is occupied by other guests, while the host resides on the premises, and the entrance gate and yard are shared.
Dear guests, please note that this village does not have a bakery, so it is better to bring bread from Aliabad Katul. A local supermarket (local bread) is accessible with a 200-meter walk.
