این خانه مبله دو خوابه با چشم انداز زیبا و دسترسی حدود 26 پله سیمانی از حیاط به سمت پایین در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه در روستای اشکورمحله در جاده دو هزار با فاصله حدود 35 کیلومتری از شهر تنکابن واقع شده است.
محوطه اطراف اقامتگاه از چهار طرف با فنس محصور شده و میزبان نیز در طبقه بالا همین ساختمان سکونت دارد که دروازه ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک استفاده می گردد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت در فاصله حدود 500 متری اقامتگاه استفاده نمایند ولی روستا فاقد نانوایی می باشد لذا توصیه می شود نان مصرفی خود را قبل از ورود تهیه نمایند.
