The building is situated on a gentle slope, surrounded by walls, and the host resides on the upper floor of the same accommodation. Therefore, the entrance gate and courtyard are shared with the host and guests of the adjacent suite (on the first floor).
The tap water quality in this area is not suitable for drinking, so it is recommended to bring bottled water. The accommodation also lacks city gas piping, and cooking fuel is supplied via LPG cylinders.
Access to a supermarket and bakery from this accommodation is possible by traveling approximately 200 meters.
The phone line quality for both Irancell and Hamrah-e Aval operators is good for calls, and internet access is 4G.
It should be noted that about 200 meters of the road leading to the accommodation is unpaved, and the last 20 meters up to the main building entrance are concreted.
Overall, the access road to Javaherdeh is an asphalted but forested and winding road. Due to the high popularity of the area, this road becomes very crowded and busy on holidays and weekends. Given the road's slope, driving on it requires skill. It is recommended to manage your travel time to avoid traffic, and preferably plan to drive to your destination during daylight hours.
