این اتاق با ظرفیت حداکثر 4 نفر و پیمودن تعداد 15 پله در طبقه بالای یک ساختمان دو طبقه در یک مجموعه اقامتی در روستای تاریخی اسفندیار از توابع بخش دیهوک واقع شده که تا شهر طبس حدود 127 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این اتاق 12 متری دارای 4 دست سرویس رخت خواب سنتی، شوفاژ و کولر آبی می باشد.
همچنین اتاق فاقد آشپزخانه، یخچال و سرویس بهداشتی است.
از مشاعات این مجموعه اقامتی می توان به محوطه حیاط، سالن نشیمن، فضای پشت بام اقامتگاه، آشپزخانه مرکزی با امکان پخت و پز توسط میهمانان و سرویس بهداشتی عمومی اشاره کرد.
محیط اطراف حیاط این اقامتگاه با دیوار بلند محصور شده و آب مصرفی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت مطلوب برای آشامیدن است لذا میهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی جهت آشامیدن همراه داشته باشند.
