It is situated in the quiet and peaceful village of Limakadeh, within the Dalkhani forest area, about 45 km from the tourist city of Ramsar.
The accommodation's courtyard is enclosed by a low wall and equipped with CCTV cameras. The host resides on the ground floor with a shared entrance and common area.
Fuel for the accommodation is provided via LPG cylinders, and heating is supplied by electric and oil heaters.
For daily necessities, a supermarket is accessible within 50 meters. However, the village lacks a bakery, so guests are kindly advised to purchase bread in advance and bring it with them.

The access road to Dalkhani forest is fully asphalted but winding, steep, and narrow in some sections. For safe travel, driving at a cautious speed is essential. Please note that amenities are only available at the beginning of the forest entrance road.
