این ویلای دو خوابه که یکی از اتاق خواب‌های آن مستر است در نزدیکی شهر ماهدشت واقع شده است که تا مرکز شهر ماهدشت حدود 5 کیلومتر و با ورودی شهر کرج حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر روباز آبگرم، میز فوتبال دستی، سیستم صوتی و میز و صندلی باغی فضایی جذاب و دلنشین را جهت شب‌نشینی و دورهمی مهمانان فراهم نموده است.
محوطه ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور است و نگهبان 24 ساعته در شهرک مستقر می‌باشد.
آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت اشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
کیفیت آنتن‌دهی اپراتورهای ایرانسل و همراه اول برای مکالمه مناسب و اینترنت به صورت 4g در دسترس می‌باشد.
مهمانان گرامی می‌توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 500 متری استفاده نمایند.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 150 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به‌صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می‌باشد.
