این خانه مبله یکخوابه در طبق سوم با دسترسی حدود 20 پله یک ساختمان سوم طبقه در روستای پرده گوشه با فاصله حدود 7 کیلومتری از شهر اسالم واقع شده است.
محیط اطراف حیاط اقامتگاه دیوار کوتاه محصور شده و سرایدار در همسایگی اقامتگاه سکونت دارد و میزبان در همین محوطه سکونت دارد.
