این خانه سنتی یکخوابه با سقف چوبی و دسترسی 2 الی 4 پله ای در یک مجموعه اقامتی با محوطه ای دلباز در روستای خوش آب و هوای آبندانک واقع شده و تا شهر ساحلی نوشهر حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این خانه دارای سالن پذیرایی با امکانات آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و سرویس بهداشتی فرنگی با حمام است.
سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی در محوطه اقامتگاه قرار دارد و با سایر میهمانان به صورت مشترک استفاده می شود.
از جمله امکانات تفریحی و مشترک این مجموعه می توان به قایق پدالی، تاب و الاکلنگ، زمین بازی والیبال و آلاچیق اشاره کرد، به علاوه امکان سوارکاری با اسب در محوطه اقامتگاه نیز وجود دارد که البته استفاده از این آپشن با هماهنگی قبلی با میزبان و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه میسر است.
