Access to the living room entrance is possible by climbing 3 steps. The house is designed such that the lower floor, with a brick structure, features a living room with kitchen facilities and an Iranian toilet with a shower. The upper floor, with a wooden facade, consists of one bedroom (without an entrance door) and a terrace.
The area around the courtyard is equipped with CCTV cameras. The accommodation is fenced on three sides, and one side, overlooking the garden, is unfenced. The host also resides in the vicinity.
For essential supplies, a bakery is available approximately 500 meters away, and a supermarket is accessible within the complex. The quality of mobile network lines for Irancell and Hamrah Aval is good for calls, and internet coverage is 4G.
It is worth noting that about 100 meters of the final path to the accommodation is a dirt road, passable for all types of vehicles.
