The accommodation is designed as a duplex, with the ground floor including a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom with a Western toilet, while the upper floor has two master bedrooms (each with a bathroom featuring a Western toilet) and a terrace.
The presence of a pool table in the living room equipped with a sound system, garden table and chairs, and a barbecue in the spacious yard provides a suitable space for guests’ entertainment and gatherings.
The yard is surrounded by a wall, and the entrance gate and alley are equipped with CCTV cameras and do not overlook the pool area. Additionally, there is a 24-hour caretaker unit with a separate entrance and exit on the premises.
It is worth noting that the villa’s water supply comes from a well, which is not of sufficient quality for drinking, so it is recommended to bring bottled water.
