این ویلا یکخوابه مستر با استخر آبسرد و حیاطی سرسبز به همراه درختان میوه در محیطی امن و آرام در بنجعفر و فاصله حدود 10 کیلومتری دزفول واقع شده است.
طراحی ویلا به صورت پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب مستر (دارای حمام با فرنگی) می باشد و سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی با حمام در حیاط قرار دارد.
وجود فوتبالدستی و میز پینگ پنگ در سالن پذیرایی مجهز به سیستم صوتی و میز و صندلی باغی، تاب دو نفره، تخت سنتی و باربیکیو در حیاط دلباز، فضای مناسبی را برای تفریح و دورهمی میهمانان فراهم آورده است.
اطراف حیاط اقامتگاه مزین به درختان مرکبات از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور و واحد نگهبانی 24 ساعته در کوچه مستقر است، همچنین محوطه پارکینگ مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد به گونه ای که به استخر اشراف ندارد.
