این اتاق 15 متری مستر با چشم انداز زیبای کوه و باغات چای در یک مجموعه 4 اتاقه در روستای خوش آب و هوای سیاهمزگی و با فاصله حدود 17 کیلومتری از شهر شفت واقع شده است.
مشاعات این مجموعه شامل آشپزخانه مرکزی دارای گاز، سینک با امکان گرم کردن غذا و یخچال که با دیگر میهمانان به صورت مشترک استفاده می شود.
محیط اطراف محوطه اقامتگاه فاقد حصار می باشد و و میزبان در همین محوطه سکونت دارد و آشپزخانه به دوربین مدار بسته مجهز می باشد، همچنین آلاچیق های موجود در محوطه اقامتگاه با پرداخت هزینه مجزا قابل استفاده می باشد.
