The accommodation is situated on a slope, and you can also access it from the garden side by climbing about 15 steps to the third floor. The courtyard area is enclosed by walls on two sides and leads to the river on the other two sides. The courtyard is shared with the residents of the ground floor, and guests are kindly requested not to pick fruit. Please note that the waterfall and river path provide a suitable area for walking and cycling.
The accommodation does not have parking, but the surrounding area offers ample parking space, and the premises are equipped with CCTV for added security.
A bakery is available approximately 1.5 km from the accommodation, and a supermarket is located on the ground floor.
The mobile network coverage quality for both Hamrah-e Avval and Irancell operators is weak for calls and internet.
