این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه با حیاطی سرسبز و دلباز در روستای خوش آب و هوای ماکلوان واقع شده که تا شهر فومن حدود 13 کیلومتر و تا ماسوله نیز حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
محوطه اقامتگاه از دو طرف با دیوار و از دو طرف که به سمت جنگل می باشد بدون حصار است، همچنین استفاده مهمانان از درختان میوه ممنوع می باشد.
