این خانه روستایی یکخوابه با حیاطی دنج و دلباز در روستای رودبار چیره و در جوار رودخانه واقع شده است که تا شهر فومن حدود 8 کیلومتر و تا رشت حدود 35 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
اقامتگاه از سه طرف دیوارکشی شده و یک سمت این خانه روستایی که به سمت شالیزار است دارای دیواری کوتاه می باشد، همچنین حیاط با میزبان که در همسایگی سکونت دارد مشترک است.
