The house is situated on a slope, and its yard is enclosed by a fence and barbed wire. The accommodation's guard is also present at the entrance of the yard. The yard has a swimming pool, but this pool is not prepared for guest use; its water is used for irrigating the surrounding gardens.
It should be noted that this yard has two gates, and the accommodation's fuel is supplied via gas cylinders.
Access to a bakery and supermarket is possible within approximately 1 km from the villa. Also, food service for lunch and dinner is available with prior arrangement and separate payment.

Also, on some days of the year, people might be present in the yard to irrigate the surrounding gardens. Another point is that the host's beautiful horse might sometimes be in the accommodation's yard.
