این اتاق مستر با ظرفیت حداکثر 10 نفر و دسترسی حدود 20 پله ای، در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه یک مجموعه اقامتی با معماری سنتی در مجاورت شالیزار در روستای تازه آباد واقع شده و تا شهر هشتپر حدود 8 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این اتاق 45 متری دارای 10 عدد سرویس رخت خواب سنتی، اجاق گاز، بخاری گازی، اسپلیت و سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی با فرنگی و حمام می باشد، همچنین ایوان دلباز ساختمان به صورت مشترک استفاده می شود.
گفتنی است امکان سرو و سفارش غذا در وعده های صبحانه، ناهار و شام با هماهنگی قبلی و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه فراهم می باشد.
محیط اطراف حیاط این مجموعه از دو طرف با دیوار محصور شده و دو سمت دیگر آن مشرف به شالیزار و فاقد حصار است.
میزبان و سرایدار به صورت 24 ساعته در مجموعه حضور دارند و دوربین مداربسته محوطه حیاط را تحت پوشش قرار می دهد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، با حدود یک دقیقه پیاده روی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی داشته و مایحتاج روزانه خود را مهیا نمایند.
