این خانه روستایی یکخوابه مستر و ایوان دار با حیاط سرسبز در روستای کوهستانی اسطلخ کوه از توابع رودبار واقع شده که تا دیلمان حدود 15 کیلومتر و تا رودبار حدود 60 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
حیاط با فنس محصور است و دروازه ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک با میزبان ساکن در محوطه قابل استفاده است.
