این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه با ایوان دلباز و چشم انداز کوه و جنگل در طبقه دوم (با 9 پله دسترسی) یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی در روستای خوش آب و هوای سیق بن واقع شده است که تا شهر ماسوله حدود 10 کیلومتر و تا شهر فومن حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
محوطه اقامتگاه از 4 طرف با فنس محصور شده است همچنین میزبان در محوطه سکونت دارد، که دروازه ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
میهمانان گرامی می توانند با طی مسافت حدود 100 متر به سوپرمارکت دسترسی داشته باشند همچنین روستا فاقد نانوایی می باشد و بهتر است نان مصرفی خود را از شهر تهیه فرمائید.
