این خانه مبله یکخوابه در طبقه بالا یک ساختمان دو طبقه سه واحدی با دسترسی حدود 20 پله در روستا سه سار واقع شده که تا صومعه سرا حدود 15 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
خانه با دیوار محصور است و دروازه ورودی به صورت مشترک با ساکنین واحد مجاور و میزبان ساکن در طبقه پایین قابل استفاده است.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 500 متری اقامتگاه استفاده نمایند.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4G است.
لازم به ذکر است حدود 20 متر مسیر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی می باشد.
