این ویلا سوئیسی دو خوابه در منطقه ای دنج و آرام از روستای رستم رود و با چشم انداز شالیزار در نزدیک دریا و در فاصله حدود سه کیلومتری از شهر نور واقع شده است.
طراحی این ویلا به صورت یک سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، اتاق خواب با حمام، سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی در قسمت پایین می باشد و یک اتاق خواب بدون در با دسترسی حدود 12 پله در بالا قرار دارد.
اطراف حیاط اقامتگاه با دیوار کوتاه محصور شده و میزبان در نزدیکی اقامتگاه ساکن است.
لازم به ذکر است ویلا فاقد لوله کشی گاز شهری می باشد و سوخت اقامتگاه برای گرمایش و پخت و پز توسط کپسول گاز مایع تامین می شود.
سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 500 متری از ویلا قابل دسترسی است.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت نیز صورت 4g می باشد.
پارک جنگلی نور، آب گرم لاویج، کلاسای آنتوان و . . . از جاذبه های گردشگری قابل دسترسی از این اقامتگاه است.
