این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه به همراه چشم انداز کوه و طبیعت در روستای میانکوه با فاصله حدود 30 کیلومتری از شهر تنکابن واقع شده است.
واحد در طبقه اول یک ساختمان دو طبقه و دو واحدی قرار گرفته که دسترسی به آن از دو طرف امکان پذیر است به صورتی که از یک طرف دارای 5 پله (ورودی اصلی) و از طرف دیگر دارای 15 پله می باشد.
محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان در برخی مواقع با ورودی جداگانه در طبقه دوم سکونت دارد که تراس آن به حیاط مهمان اشراف دارد، همچنین حیاط و دروازه ورودی با مهمانان سوئیت مجاور به صورت مشترک قابل استفاده است.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند با طی مسافت حدود 500 متر به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی داشته باشند.
کیفیت خطوط شبکه برای تلفن همراه در مکالمه عالی و پوشش اینترنت برای ایرانسل و همراه اول به صورت 4g است.
لازم به ذکر است حدود 120 متر مسیر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی می باشد.
