این منزل مبله یکخوابه در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه با دسترسی حدود 20 پله در شهر مهاباد واقع شده است.
واحد تجاری طبقه همکف در اختیار میزبان است، همچنین اقامتگاه فاقد پارکینگ است اما کوچه فضا مناسب جهت پارک خودرو را دارد.
لازم به ذکر حمام و سرویس ایرانی خارج از خانه و با دسترسی حدود 5 پله قرار دارد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 10 متری اقامتگاه استفاده نمایند.
