این ویلا یکخوابه با ایوانی نقلی و حیاطی دلباز در روستای چاوش قلی با فاصله حدود 15 کیلومتری از شهر خوی واقع شده است.
اطراف محوطه اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور است و مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه با پیمودن حدود 150 متر به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی پیدا کنند.
