این خانه مبله یکخوابه در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی در روستای مژده واقع شده که تا کوچصفهان حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
محوطه اطراف خانه با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان با دروازه ورودی جداگانه در طبقه بالا سکونت دارد، همچنین جهت برقراری امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و حیاط به دوربین مداربسته مجهز می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت در فاصله حدود 200 متری و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از اقامتگاه استفاده نمایند.
