این کلبه دوبلکس چوبی و دو خوابه مستر با بالکن و حیاط زیبا و درختکاری شده در محیطی امن و آرام در روستای امامزاده شفیع و شهر شاندرمن واقع شده است.
کلبه به صورت سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب مستر در طبقه همکف و با دسترسی حدود 11 پله یک اتاق خواب مستر و بالکن بزرگ در طبقه بالا در اختیار مهمانان گرامی می باشد و اطراف حیاط اقامتگاه با فنس محصور شده است.
لوله کشی آب اقامتگاه از طریق آب چاه می باشد و فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن است بنابراین پیشنهاد می شود که آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشید.
مهمانان گرامی جهت تهیه مایحتاج مورد نیاز اقامت با طی مسافت حدود 200 متری به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی خواهند داشت.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است حدود 50 متر مسیر منتهی به این اقامتگاه به صورت خاکی می باشد و با انواع خودرو قابل تردد است.
